Casa Olivi is much more than a holiday villa in Le Marche or even a "home away from home". This gorgeous property has been turned into a real lifestyle concept and it is no wonder that the villa has been featured in many magazines such as Elle, Madame Figaro, Maison Française or Food & Wine.
 
Imagine... Under a traditional farmhouse exterior awaits an enchanting place. Beams and stones are still in place but the shadows have been chased away. A pleasant light, further enhanced by the white and earth colour scheme, now prevails. The well-known Swiss architects Markus Wespi and Jérôme de Meuron have been careful to retain the quintessential character of the house when altering the building to welcome it into modern life.
 
Every last detail has been considered to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. After your welcome ice cream on arrival day, you will find inside bespoke furniture from a local artisan, a high-tech ArcLinea kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, a cosy fireplace, a gym and fabulous bathrooms. As for the outside, inviting design furniture encircles the spectacular infinity pool, the large garden of 12.000 m2, and an al fresco cooking area, including a Japanese grill, promises long evenings with delicious food, wine and laughter.

Activities and Excursions

Sea: In an hour, you can reach Monte Conero with its crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches. In Portonovo, you can find two excellent restaurants right by the sea: "Emilia" (traditional) and "Clandestino Susci Bar" (modern).

Boat Excursion: In Numana, you can board a private boat and spend the day on the sea, with your skipper preparing Spaghetti con Vongole.

Mountains: The Monte Sibillini National Park, ideal for hikers and mountain bikers, is an hour's drive away.

Truffles: Enjoy a truffle hunting excursion to Acqualagna or Cagli with Alessandro and cook a delicious dinner with your finds.

Golf: The Conero Golf Club is 50 km from Casa Olivi.

Horse Riding: An unforgettable horse ride is just 2 km from Casa Olivi.

Cooking Classes: Chef Samuele can introduce you to the art of cheese-making, or you can indulge in a dinner prepared by a Michelin-starred chef.

Wine: Wine tastings with sommelier Amy in the dining room and a fine selection of wines in the cellar. Visits to local wineries and Slow Food restaurants can also be arranged.

Yoga: A yoga instructor can come to the house to start your day with a relaxing session.

E-Bike: Mountain bikes and E-bikes are available to explore the beautiful surroundings.

Surroundings

A typical bar and the gourmet restaurant "Il Casolare dei Segreti" are within walking distance or a few minutes by car or bike. The nearest grocery store is 4 km away in Grottaccia.

Treia: A small town for everyday needs with a market on Tuesdays, cafes, fish shop, bakery, etc., 5 minutes by car (8 km).

Cingoli: 15 minutes away, 20 minutes to Macerata, and 1 hour to the Adriatic Sea at Monte Conero and the Monti Sibillini mountains.

Shooting: Casa Olivi is an ideal location for commercial shoots. We are happy to provide a quote.

Weddings: The perfect venue for your dream wedding in Italy.

Off-Season: From early November to late March, the house can also be rented for a long weekend (3 days).

The holiday villa offers 11 sleeps in 5 bedrooms, 4 in the main house and 1 in the independent guest house. All bedrooms are en-suite with own bathroom and air conditioning.

Ground floor: double living with fireplace and TV, home theatre and Hifi Bang & Olufsen, professional dream kitchen in inox ArcLinea, dining room for 12 people, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, toilets, fitness room with runner and kinesis wall Technogym.

First floor: big entrance, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, closet and bathroom (shower), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, closet and bathroom (shower)

Second floor: 1 bedroom with king-size bed, closet and bathroom (shower), 1 bedroom with king-size bed, closet and bathroom (bath tube and shower), big office and closets. 

Guest house: 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, closet and bathroom (shower), living room with panoramic views on the landscape until Monte Conero. Design and minimalist pool table.

Damage deposit: 2.000 Euro (by credit card deposit)

Final cleaning if you have a pet: 350 Euro

Arrivals between 16:00 and 19:00. Any exceptional later arrivals have to be authorized before booking.
