Villa Ilario is situated 8 km from Bellagio, a small residential town, on the shore of Lake Como, surrounded by a pretty garden of 3,000 m2, where you will also find a large private swimming pool of 7x14m. The villa, which has been recently built, is furnished with modern, quality furnishings and offers air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, ADSL Internet connection, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, CD player, laundry room with washing machine. It is possible to book a chef and a babysitter, or other services that might make your holiday even more enjoyable. A large pergola near the swimming pool is furnished for outdoor dining and further on is a sunbathing area equipped with deck chairs for relaxing. The villa has some terraces with views of the lake, purposely furnished with outdoor furniture so that you can relax while enjoying a glass of wine while gazing at the splendid landscape. From Bellagio you can take the public ferry boats to visit the characteristic towns along the lake. The town itself offers numerous attractions for all ages: water sports, characteristic restaurants, shopping, night-life and warm hospitality from the locals. Como is 35 km away, Lecco 20 and Milan 80.

On the Ground Floor, you will find a spacious open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa to relax inside reading a good book or watch satellite TV and enjoy lake views from the French doors that lead onto the large terrace. This is the ideal spot for al fresco dining. There is, of course, also ample space to eat inside as well. On this floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.

On the First Floor there are five bedrooms that can be recognized by the color of the walls. The green room has an Italian size double bed with en suite bathroom, the blue room has an Italian size double bed and it is connecting from the outside by a terrace with the yellow bedroom which has a French size bed. The two rooms also share a bathroom.

There is also a pink room with an Italian size double bed slightly longer than regular and another yellow bedroom with French bed but no terrace; the pink and the yellow bedrooms share a bathroom. 

On the Second Floor there is a penthouse which is included in the rental rate and cannot be sold separately; the penthouse has a sofa bed which could be converted into a double bed, a double bedroom and another bedroom with French bed. In the penthouse there is one bathroom only.

The Swimming Pool is for the exclusive use of the guests at the villa and is the perfect place to take in those breathtaking views. Guests also have access to part of the basement. Here there is a double bedroom, Italian size, used as a service room for baby sitters or staff since it is under the ground with a bathroom.

They are perfect for use with the swimming pool, accessed from here through the staircase. There is also a pleasant pergola next to the pool for al fresco lunches.
