Villa Baronessina is a luxurious holiday villa that blends modern design with high-end architecture in the scenic village of Kaltern am See, South Tyrol. Nestled among vineyards and located near the historic town center, this villa offers an unforgettable retreat for those seeking comfort, tranquility, and style.

Designed by Prof. Walter Angonese and artist Manfred A. Mayr, the villa was lovingly renovated with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. One of the standout features is the private heated infinity pool (6m x 2.5m), which is available from Easter to the end of October. The pool is eco-friendly, using chlorine-free saltwater purified by electrolysis, providing a refreshing and clean swimming experience amidst a breathtaking landscape.

The villa’s interior is furnished with high-quality designer pieces from renowned brands like Plank, Rossin, and Flos, combining traditional craftsmanship with local materials to create a modern yet cozy atmosphere. Guests can enjoy all modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, induction stove, flat-screen TV, a fireplace, and an outdoor grill area.

Villa Baronessina also features a private wine cellar, reflecting South Tyrol’s rich winemaking heritage. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy private tastings or store your favorite wines during your stay.

Located at the edge of Kaltern’s historic center, the villa provides easy access to restaurants, bars, shops, and a local winery, all within walking distance, while maintaining full privacy for its guests.

On the bottom floor there is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a living room, which can also be used as an additional bedroom with its own bathroom. In front of these rooms there is the private whirlpool in the open air, but protected by a canopy. In front of it a pretty, spacious garden with sun loungers.

On the 1st floor you can eat and relax. The open dining and living area with the open kitchen provides a view of the surrounding mountains and the fragrant Mediterranean garden. The room extends outwards onto the terrace surrounded by wisteria. A cozy patio invites you to enjoy the dolce vita.

The last desert tent-like floor is completely occupied by the large master bedroom with a free-standing bathtub.
This is a space for people who appreciate and want to experience something special.

The holiday home has a Finn sauna, which can also be used as a bio sauna - herbarium / thermarium.
