Accessed via a quaint, narrow alleyway, the villa reveals itself with a majestic patio and a hidden garden offering panoramic views over Positano’s rooftops and the sparkling sea. As you step inside, you’ll discover an ancient wood-fired oven, a remarkable relic of times past when bread was baked at home, adding a touch of history to the villa's welcoming atmosphere.

The villa’s main floor is designed for comfort and style, featuring spacious living rooms and a dining area that connects to a sunlit kitchen. The kitchen opens onto a vine-covered terrace with a shaded dining table, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco while admiring the breathtaking views.

A grand stone staircase with vaulted ceilings and intricate bas-reliefs leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find four elegant bedrooms. Each room has access to the panoramic terrace, which overlooks the sea and the iconic Tower of Fornillo, a striking feature of Positano’s coastline.

The villa’s private garage accommodates two small to medium-sized cars, though a vehicle is not essential, as everything is within easy reach.

GROUND FLOOR: Living room and dining room with access to garden, study with access to wood-fired oven, store room.
MEZZANINE FLOOR: large kitchen with access to panoramic terrace furnished for eating “al fresco”,  small studio with bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom, en suite bathroom with 1/2 bathtub and shower, access to the panoramic terrace, 2 double bedrooms (one of the two rooms can be prepared on request as a twin-bedroom), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.

All the rooms can be communicating but each has its own independent access from the panoramic terrace.

*Possibility of an additional single bed to be placed in one of the rooms of the villa.

*Private parking space for two small/medium cars (no vans! The low height of the garage entrance makes access impossible for vans).

Damage deposit: 500 Euro (per credit card)

Mandatory cleaning 5 days per week (3 hours daily): 200 Euro / week
