The Masseria Pezza is a luxury country house in Apulia that has been completely renovated keeping the 18th century structure and original features. Large (arched) windows and high vaulted ceilings provide light and emphasize the impressive interior. The attractive and playful interior is characterized by modern furniture with a vintage and retro touch, wooden cabinets and tables, designer lamps and local accessories made of glass and wicker.

The Masseria is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, in an unspoilt rural landscape of the Apulian Salento. Here you can still experience authentic Apulia, but at the same time you are not far from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Ionian Sea.

The masseria consists of two buildings that together can accommodate 14 people. The main house has 3 very spacious bedrooms (two with a large private terrace), an inviting living / dining room and a kitchen. The garden villa also has 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, a large designer kitchen and a living room.

In the courtyard you can enjoy the pool, while the pergola terrace with dining table and lounge area invites you to read, eat and admire the breathtaking sunset. The masseria is surrounded by 20 acres of private land full of fruit and nut trees and an organic vegetable garden where you can help yourself!

The Masseria Pezza is a 10 minute drive from the town of Salice Salentino, where you can find everything you need like supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants and cafes.

It is also very centrally located and many sights and beaches can be reached within a short drive. The beautiful city of Lecce with its beautiful Baroque monuments and churches is a 20-minute drive away. The beautiful sandy beaches of Punta Prosciutto and Porto Cesareo on the Ionian Sea are only 25 km away.

Main house

Ground floor: very spacious entrance, nice living / dining room with a living area with fireplace, two sofas and a large built-in bench. Adjacent is a large wooden dining table. From here a door takes you outside. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. An area with an additional breakfast table. A double suite of no less than 70m2 with its own living room with fireplace, sofa bed and private bathroom

First floor: Living area with sofa and two armchairs, a double room of 50m2 with a shower ensuite and a private terrace of 60m2, the toilet is located outside of the room; a second double room of 40m2 with a private terrace of 25m2 and with ensuite bathoom with shower, toilet and sink

Garden villa

A large designer kitchen with island, spacious living room, toilet, 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, all of which lead to the inner courtyard. The rooms are only accessible from the outside, so these rooms are less suitable for parents with small children! The bathrooms are all equipped with a rain shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.

The bedrooms in both buildings are furnished with king-size beds, fine linen and cotton sheets. The bathrooms also have bathrobes and Ortigia toiletries.

Damage deposit: 1.500 Euro
