The villa consists of 5 bedrooms with 5 private bathrooms and a service bathroom, kitchen and double living room on two levels.
The living area on the mezzanine floor consists of the living room with sofa bed and open kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with 5 burners, sink, refrigerator, electric oven, dishwasher, hood for the escape of odors, shelves and shelves with the necessary items available for guests. The kitchen is completed by the table with chairs for lunches and breakfasts, the TV and the sofa bed. The dining room also has access to the bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink, shower and washing machine.
In the sleeping area on the mezzanine floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. In the first bedroom there are two twin beds that can be joined together, while in the second there is a double bed and has an outdoor balcony with a panoramic view of the city of Carovigno.
