Sea access:

The access to the sea bear in mind that the one near us is made up of a first short stretch on a narrow road a second stretch on an old path, called "del sale", which connects the sea with the town of Gagliano, and a third stretch of about 50 meters, flat, on the cliff. The whole path can be traveled preferentially with gym shoes or with beach shoes to keep even for swimming, to avoid slipping on the rock and to go out more easily. Consider that it is necessary to know how to swim or use the arms because the sea is immediately deep.

The villa is distributed over three levels.
Ground floor: spacious open area with kitchen, pantry and living room with dining area that extends from the interior to the paved terrace which is furnished for eating ”al fresco”.  The kitchen has an oven and dishwasher. Bathroom and shower
1st floor: (accessed from both an internal as well as an external staircase): 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower; the bedrooms lead to a terrace which is partly shaded with wattle.
Lower floor: 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower.
The laundry room with washing machine is located in an outdoor room.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito screens on the windows.
