Villa Camilla, a magnificent 19th-century villa, is located on the western shore of Lake Como, offering a luxurious escape in a historical estate. Owned for generations by the noble Marchesi di Rozzano family, the villa embodies Italian style and excellence, making it the ideal destination for those seeking romance, peace, and absolute tranquility.

Surrounded by a stunning English-style park, featuring ancient trees and rare botanical species like Acer, cork oaks, and cedars, the villa also offers a heated saltwater pool (10x6 metres) and a private tennis court. Guests can relax in the vast park or pick fresh organic fruits and vegetables from the villa’s garden for meals prepared by a personal chef.

The villa is an architectural masterpiece, featuring exquisite mosaic floors, 18th-century frescoes, and unique works of art. It has been restored according to the principles of sustainable architecture and Feng Shui philosophy, creating a harmonious and luxurious atmosphere for its guests.

Sports enthusiasts can enjoy a floodlit tennis court, while younger guests will appreciate the safe, enclosed playground. The villa also features a private dock, offering direct access to Lake Como for boat excursions.

Ground floor: The large foyer on the ground floor with its beautiful polychrome marble fireplace from the 18th century leads through a winter garden-style area with a wonderful view of the lake to the dining room and salon. On the same level there is a bedroom with a bathroom for the disabled, a professional kitchen, a laundry room, a house bathroom and a games room.

First floor: two double rooms with lake view, each with its own bathroom and whirlpool, and one double room with its own bathroom.

Second Floor: On this floor there is a large veranda with a lake view with an American pool table and a play area for children. There are also two double bedrooms with private bathrooms.

Third floor: On the top floor there are three further double rooms, each with its own bathroom.

All rooms have a small wall safe and air conditioning.

No more than 20 meters from the entrance of the villa is a pretty outbuilding with a double bedroom and a bathroom.

At the rear of the villa is a truly old stone cellar with vaulted ceilings and a wide range of local, Italian and international wines.
