A cosy sitting area with couches and open fire place, a dining area and a quality Gaggenau kitchen for preparing gourmet meals. Access to the outdoor terraces with lounge chairs, table and panorama lake views. Toilet. On this floor are also two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, and one bathroom with bath tub.
