Villa Costasanti is perched on the hills facing Lake Garda, offering breathtaking panoramic views of both the lake and the surrounding countryside. Set on a vast 25,000 sq. meter estate, guests can enjoy 5,000 sq. meters of private space, while the rest of the estate is occupied by vineyards and olive groves, producing extra virgin olive oil and wine.

The villa is beautifully furnished with a combination of antique pieces and modern design, ensuring both comfort and elegance. It is fully equipped with central heating and air conditioning, as well as satellite TV in every bedroom and the main living room, mini bars in each bedroom, Wi-Fi, an alarm system, and even an elevator. The villa also includes essential amenities like a washing machine, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with ice-maker.

The villa’s terrace is a perfect spot for al fresco dining, covered by a large sun umbrella, and offering stunning views of Lake Garda. A shaded, tree-lined area to the side of the villa features a barbecue area and cool spots for relaxation.

The private, solar-heated swimming pool measures 10 x 5.5 meters and is equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs for lounging. There’s also a covered area next to the pool with a refrigerator, washbasin, bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Guests can enjoy the pool year-round thanks to solar heating, though it operates on sunny days only.

The villa’s parking area accommodates up to 4 cars.

Villa Costasanti is located around 1 km from the charming town of Lazise, south of Bardolino and north of Peschiera del Garda. Lazise offers a beautiful historic center with numerous bars and restaurants lining the piazza overlooking the port, as well as along the lakeside promenade. The narrow streets are filled with food stores selling local specialties, wine shops, jeweler’s, and art galleries.
