Located in the village of Cisano, just 2 km from Bardolino, Villa i Broi sits in a panoramic position overlooking the stunning Lake Garda. This 19th-century villa has retained its historic charm, with period furnishings and a timeless atmosphere. Surrounded by a 20,000 sq. meter park, the villa offers guests the tranquility of an Italian-style garden that leads to a stone balustrade with breathtaking views of the lake.

The villa’s outdoor areas are perfect for relaxation. On the left side of the garden, guests will find a tree-lined area for barbecues and peaceful moments, while to the right is a 12 x 6 m private swimming pool complete with a pergola, changing rooms with a shower, and another barbecue area. A large, covered terrace with an awning adjacent to the villa is fully furnished for al fresco dining.

The villa comes equipped with modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, a stereo with CD player, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and air conditioning in all bedrooms. The wardens live in a separate house next to the villa, ensuring privacy for guests with their own entrances and outdoor spaces.

The charming village of Cisano is just 500 meters away and easily accessible by foot, offering food shops and other essentials. A trip to San Virgilio Point and the Spiaggia delle Sirene (Sirens' Beach) is a must for guests looking to explore the local beauty of Lake Garda.

The region of Bardolino is not only famous for its scenic beauty but also for its excellent wine production, especially the renowned Bardolino red wine. Guests can visit the local vineyards or explore nearby Verona, located 30 km away, or even take a train from Peschiera to reach Venice in just one hour.

GROUND FLOOR: large living-room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, small living-room with TV, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, laundry with washing-machine (all of the rooms have access to the garden). Then up a few steps you come to a large bathroom with bath-tub and shower.
FIRST FLOOR: small reading-room, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower.

On the outside, close to the access to the kitchen is a large covered veranda closed with glass windows with a small living area and table for dining and a large terrace with awning furnished for dining outside.
