We have meticulously restored the property to preserve its historic charm while incorporating modern amenities for your comfort. The beautiful house and estate was created in the 17th century in the middle of the Valtènesi wine-growing area. For centuries, the property served as a monastery, residence and winery, and more recently for many years as a highly regarded gourmet restaurant. Over two years we transformed the house and garden into a unique retreat for culinary luxury, triathletes, golfers and outdoor enthusiasts.

You can expect three beautiful individual and air-conditioned bedrooms for 6-8 people with en-suite bathrooms, two additional WCs, a library, a living/dining room with home cinema and a vaulted cellar equipped with stylish fitness equipment.
Culinary luxury is guaranteed by three gourmet kitchens inside the villa and outside close to the fantastic 25 meter pool. Indulge in the culinary delights of Villa Mocasina. In keeping with the slogan “culinary luxury”, you can choose at any time between three kitchens. The main kitchen with stunning mountain views through iconic arched windows and another indoor gourmet kitchen with Gaggenau appliances and a wine fridge with an adjoining vaulted dining cellar for 12-14 people.

On top, the covered outdoor kitchen by the fantastic 25-meter pool offers you a gorgeous “waterfront” feeling.
