Villa Ida is a charming family home located in Solcio di Lesa, in a quiet residential area on Lake Maggiore. Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped 2,000 sq. meter garden, the villa offers sunny spots to relax and shaded areas created by various trees. The large swimming pool (12 x 8 meters) is surrounded by a wooden deck with comfortable sun loungers, perfect for relaxing poolside.

The small village center of Lesa is within walking distance and offers restaurants, bars, a ferry station, and a train station. Just 200 meters from the villa are lovely beaches, and a sports club with a fitness center, large outdoor pool, and tennis courts is only 100 meters away.

Lesa is conveniently located between Arona (7 km), a lively town at the southern end of the lake, and Stresa (10 km), the most popular tourist destination on Lake Maggiore. From Stresa, guests can take a ferry to explore the Borromean Islands and the stunning natural beauty of the area.

Villa Ida is the perfect base for day trips to Milan, Turin, Lugano, or the renowned Piedmont wine regions. Guests can also visit the romantic Lake Orta and the nearby mountains for memorable excursions.

The Villa Ida (350 m²) sleeps comfortably 8 people in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms:
– On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with couches, TV, dining table and large windows opening up onto the terrace and garden. A fully equipped kitchen and adjacent outdoor terrace with table and benches. Bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower.
– Following the stairs up to the first floor you’ll find three air conditioned bedrooms: a spacious bedroom with double bed and piano, a bathroom with tub, a bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, an external bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

The ‘external’ bedroom can only be entered from the outside balcony (not internally connected). This balcony can be reached either from the first floor or by stairs from the garden.
