Villa Ispra is a distinctive vacation home located directly on the shores of Lake Maggiore, offering peaceful surroundings on a quiet dead-end street. Designed by a famous Milanese architect, the villa has been recently renovated and expanded to accommodate up to 9 guests across various levels. With 400 m² of living space, Villa Ispra features 4 to 5 bedrooms, providing ample room for families or groups to relax and enjoy their time together.

The villa’s terraced garden is a highlight, with several seating areas where you can unwind while admiring the lake views. The infinity swimming pool, equipped with a countercurrent system, is perfect for cooling off on warm days, while the sun loungers and outdoor shower ensure your comfort. For a serene spot to relax, enjoy the flowered gazebo with its comfortable couches, ideal for watching boats glide across the lake. A stone staircase leads you down to a private pebble beach where you can take a refreshing dip in the clear waters of Lake Maggiore.

Prime Location on Lake Maggiore Villa Ispra is ideally situated just 800 meters from the village center of Ispra, where you can explore a handful of shops, bars, and restaurants. The village also boasts a scenic lakefront promenade, a marina, and a small beach with lakeside bars—perfect for a relaxing afternoon by the water.

For more adventures, the charming village of Angera is only 6 km away, home to the historic Castle ‘La Rocca’ and a ferry that takes you to Arona. Villa Ispra is also conveniently located 15 km from Laveno, where regular ferries provide easy access to explore the beauty of Lake Maggiore, including the Borromeo Islands, Stresa, and Verbania.

400 m²
– The entrance area leads, a few steps down, into the open plan living and dining room with large windows overlooking the lake and accessing the terrace with table for unmatched lake view dining. The fully equipped kitchen in the back goes out to a side outdoor area with barbecue and wood oven. A few steps up, overlooking the central living room, you’ll find a cozy relaxing corner with couches and open fire place.
– The upper level continues into the sleeping area with 2/3 air-conditioned bedrooms: a bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with tub, a bedroom with double bed, 2 bathrooms (one with tub and one with shower), and optionally a bedroom with single bed (see notes below).
– Going towards the lower level you’ll cross a children’s area with TV and music, connected to an outdoor covered patio with open fire place, towards the newly added extension.
– In this newly constructed area you’ll find a very spacious suite with a kitchenette, table and armchairs, desk, sofa and large TV, and a double round bed from where you can enjoy amazing views over the pool and the lake. Still in this incredible suite you’ll find a bathroom with shower, also functioning as a steam bath, and to top it off a Jacuzzi with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake. Ultimately there is a room with 2 single beds, with sauna and ensuite bathroom with shower.
