Villa Avegno spans 300 m² and comfortably accommodates eight guests across four stylish bedrooms, each offering ample space and light. The villa’s interior combines rustic Italian charm with modern amenities, making it a comfortable and inviting home. The large living area opens directly onto the terrace, where guests can enjoy al fresco dining with sweeping countryside views.

Outdoors, the private pool and shaded terrace provide the perfect spot to relax, complete with sun loungers and chairs. The pool area also includes an outdoor Jacuzzi and a hot water shower, creating a mini spa experience in the villa’s own garden. For those who enjoy wellness, Villa Avegno is equipped with a small gym and sauna, offering the ideal balance of fitness and relaxation.

– On the ground floor there is a spacious and charming veranda with a large wooden table and sitting area, kitchen, living room with TV, couches and open fireplace, dining room, and bathroom with shower.
– On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a TV, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. These two bedrooms have air conditioning
- With access via the pool area (no internal connection from inside the house) you reach a wellness room with sauna and fitness equipment. Further on this floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a large double bedroom (please see notes below), desk and TV.

Note: The basement is only accessible from the outside. One of the bedrooms has a sofa bed, but a real mattress is placed on top of it, making it a normal double bed.
