Casa Fontegenga is a peaceful retreat nestled in nature, far from the crowds and noise. This luxurious holiday home, decorated in an ethno-chic style, uses natural colors and materials in perfect harmony with its surroundings. It is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

Casa Fontegenga, an old farmhouse dating back to 1770, was completely rebuilt in 2018, preserving the original stones and the exterior style of the traditional farmhouses of Le Marche. The holiday home is located in the hills of northern Le Marche in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, just 3 km from the small medieval village of Mombaroccio. With a 360° panoramic view, it offers stunning vistas of the surrounding fields and hills.

The thick exterior walls, triple-glazed aluminum windows, and mosquito nets in every room ensure the house stays cool in summer and warm during the cooler seasons. The property is fully fenced, surrounded by fields and hills, and located at the end of a small country road, ensuring absolute peace away from the main road. (The access is not suitable for low-slung cars). The garden features many trees, including olive trees and various fruit trees like cherry and walnut.

The holiday home boasts a beautiful 4 x 12 m pool, an Italian outdoor shower, and a grill with a Teppanyaki stone. Unlimited internet ensures you stay connected during your stay.

Casa Fontegenga is less than 25 km from the Adriatic coast. In about 30 minutes by car, you can reach historic and artistic cities like Urbino, Fano, and Pesaro. Fano and Pesaro are only 22 km away, while Urbino is 36 km away.

There are many excursion opportunities in the surrounding area. Annual festivals and markets, such as the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro in August and the autumn truffle markets in Acqualagna and Pergola, are highlights. Nature lovers will appreciate the Frasassi Caves, the Furlo Gorge, the San Bartolo National Park, the Monti Sibillini, and the white beaches of Monte Conero. Activities such as hiking, cycling, mountain biking, and horseback riding are also available. In winter, Monte Catria and the Monti Sibillini offer cross-country skiing and downhill skiing.

The villa is spread over 2 floors with a total area of ​​240 m2.

Ground floor with a large master bedroom with a bathroom with shower, double sink, separate toilet and a KingSize double bed (180x200). Toilet for guests, a laundry area with washing machine and dryer available to guests.
