Martino Brillo is a recently renovated holiday home located in a peaceful and green area near the village of Staffolo in the Italian region of Le Marche. It's a wonderful place to relax and unwind!

The Italian owners have completely renovated this authentic holiday home for 8 people, transforming it into a residence with contemporary design. The character of the house has been preserved through beautiful terracotta floors, old doors, and wooden beams. Through the careful selection and combination of materials, colors, and design, they have created a calm, bright, and contemporary interior.

On the ground floor, you'll find a beautiful kitchen and a large living room with a TV. The first floor hosts all the bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, toiletries, and air conditioning. Outside, there's a lovely swimming pool (4 x 12 m) and a terrace with a large dining table and a grill for outdoor meals. A small vegetable garden has also been planted for guests to enjoy.

Martino Brillo is located in the heart of Le Marche, just a 5-minute drive from the village of Staffolo. In this charming village, you will find a supermarket for your daily needs and several restaurants.

Due to its location, the holiday home is an ideal base for visiting the numerous villages and historic towns in the area, such as Cingoli and Macerata. Both rocky coves and wide beaches, as well as the mountains, can be reached within a 45-minute drive.

The holiday home is set amidst the Verdicchio vineyards. You can enjoy this and other selected wines in the house's own wine cellar. More information is available upon request.

1st floor: 2 bedrooms have a double box spring bed (160x190), 2 bedrooms have two single box spring beds (80x190) All bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower

Private swimming pool (4x12 meters) with a shallow part of 2x2 meters where small children can play or relax in the water.
