Welcome to Villa Belle e Lou, a lovingly restored farmhouse nestled among the rolling hills of Le Marche, surrounded by sunflower fields, vineyards, and olive groves. This fully detached holiday villa sleeps up to 8 guests and offers a perfect balance of historic charm and modern comfort.

Enjoy total peace and privacy in a spacious garden with a private pool and several covered terraces offering panoramic views of the countryside. It’s the ideal place to unwind after a day at the beach or a trip to one of the many beautiful towns nearby.

The house is named after our daughters, Isabelle and Milou... After visiting many properties with our agent, we instantly knew this one was special. Its authentic stone architecture and stunning views won us over immediately. This former farmhouse has been restored using traditional materials and updated to modern standards – fulfilling our dream of owning a holiday home in Le Marche.

We love the country, the food, the people, the sun – in short, la dolce vita. Waking up in the morning, opening the shutters, listening to the birds, and soaking in the view… there’s simply nowhere else we’d rather be.

The villa is tastefully and carefully decorated throughout. The living area, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms are bright, spacious, and welcoming. Every room offers a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape.

Villa Belle e Lou brings together the ambience of the past with the comforts of today, making it a perfect escape for families, couples, or friends seeking to experience the real Italy.

Location in Le Marche:

Charming villages like Barchi, Mondavio, and Orciano with restaurants and shops are just minutes away by car – Barchi is even walkable in 10 minutes. Cities like Fano, Pesaro, and Urbino can be reached within 20 to 30 minutes. The area is rich in history, culture, nature, and culinary delights – the perfect setting for an unforgettable Italian holiday.

From the entrance you enter the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen has a 5-burner gas hob with a wide oven, a dishwasher and a large SMEG fridge. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate toilet.

On the other side of the entrance are two spacious bedrooms with a large bathroom with double washbasin and large walk-in shower in the centre. Both bedrooms are furnished with a box-spring double bed and have their own entrance, so you have plenty of privacy even with two families.

Upstairs there is a very spacious hallway with a seating/lounge area and adjoining roof terrace. The master bedroom has an adjoining spacious bathroom with double washbasin and walk-in shower. French doors lead out onto a spacious roof terrace/loggia with breathtaking views of the hills. The fourth bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have a double box-spring bed. Two children's beds are also available on request.

From the kitchen you reach a terrace with a long wooden table where 10/12 people can dine comfortably under the wisteria. On the other terrace there are lovely deckchairs (Piet Boon) where you can enjoy the view in the shade. A few steps lead you to the pool, where there is plenty of space for the cabana, deckchairs, parasols and a seating area.

For bookings of more than 1 week, cleaning on Saturday: 50 Euro / week
