Located just 10 minutes from the picturesque towns of Comunanza and Amandola in the heart of the central Italian Apennines, this inviting retreat is ideal for families and friends seeking peace and relaxation in nature.

The outdoor area of Villa Giorgina is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The large saltwater pool (10 x 5 meters) is surrounded by six sunbeds and four umbrellas, offering the perfect place to unwind and soak up the panoramic views. The covered terrace provides shade for leisurely meals, while various seating areas invite you to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine amidst the natural beauty.

The villa is surrounded by several acres of garden and woodland, dotted with olive, fig, apple, and elderflower trees. Numerous walking paths start right from the doorstep, leading you through the hills, down to a refreshing stream, or across to nearby Agriturismos. There is also covered parking for up to four cars.

This spacious villa offers three double bedrooms with king-size beds, each designed for comfort and tranquility. The house features three bathrooms, a cozy living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Thoughtfully furnished with a blend of modern and rustic touches, Villa Giorgina exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

On the ground floor, you'll find the spacious kitchen, equipped with a 5-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, SMEG refrigerator with a large freezer, and a fully automatic espresso machine. The adjacent living and dining areas provide ample space for relaxation and meals. From the kitchen, step out onto the large terrace, where the views of the pool and mountains create a picture-perfect setting for outdoor dining.

Upstairs, the villa’s three bedrooms offer restful retreats. The master bedroom includes a walk-in wardrobe and a private terrace overlooking the stunning landscape. The other two bedrooms share a large family bathroom, while a third bathroom is conveniently located on the ground floor. For your comfort, all windows and doors are equipped with screens, and the villa provides free Wi-Fi throughout.
