Ca Mattei is a modern holiday home located near the hamlet of Montesecco, perched on a hill at about 400 meters between the Apennines and the Adriatic Sea. This prime location offers breathtaking panoramic views.

Dating back to the 18th century, Ca Mattei was revived in 1994 and, 20 years later, meticulously renovated by a Belgian architect couple. It has since been transformed into a luxurious and modern holiday home in Le Marche.

The holiday home is a haven of peace and serenity. The modern amenities, including air conditioning and stylish interiors, ensure the utmost comfort. The private pool (14 x 5 meters) provides a refreshing retreat and can be heated in the spring and autumn.

The current owners fell in love not only with the house but also with the overall ambiance: the tranquility, the stunning panorama, and the authentic atmosphere combined with modern comforts.
