Villa Giulia is a rare retreat in an exceptional location – just a short walk from the beach of Pesaro and at the same time surrounded by a private park of more than 12 hectares, full of olive groves, fruit trees and peaceful walking paths. For many years it served as Luciano Pavarotti’s summer residence, a place where he enjoyed privacy and relaxation. Today, the villa welcomes guests who seek space, comfort and variety in an authentic Mediterranean setting.

The estate consists of the main villa and an adjoining guest house, offering accommodation for up to 23 people. It is ideal for large families, groups of friends or special gatherings. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and both indoors and outdoors you will find generous areas to unwind: shaded pergolas, terraces overlooking the greenery and large outdoor spaces perfect for spending time together.

One of the villa’s most distinctive features is the vast private park surrounding the entire property. Mediterranean landscapes blend with open lawns, tranquil corners and paths that lead down toward the beach access road. Guests who enjoy an active holiday will appreciate the excellent leisure facilities: a private tennis court, bocce, billiards, table tennis and a spacious swimming pool that becomes the heart of summer life at the villa.

The beach can be reached on foot and offers both free areas and serviced lidos with sunbeds and beach amenities. Equally close is the lively town of Pesaro, known for its cultural events, seaside promenade, restaurants, cafés and local markets. It combines the charm of an Adriatic coastal city with a relaxed holiday atmosphere – perfect for those who enjoy alternating between nature, sea and urban life.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi throughout the property, a fitness room, several living and lounge areas, and plenty of outdoor activities for families and groups. A caretaker couple lives discreetly in a separate part of the estate and is available to assist guests or, upon request, help with cooking.

Villa Giulia brings together beach proximity, tranquillity, nature and the comfort of a large Mediterranean residence – an ideal setting for a relaxing yet activity-filled holiday in the Marche region.

VILLA:
Ground floor: living room with dining area, fully functional fireplace, TV and piano;
kitchen with dishwasher – oven – American style two-door refrigerator with ice and water dispenser – microwave – various kitchen utensils; 1 second bathroom with washbasin and WC.
Wheelchair-accessible lift.
1st floor: (accessed via an internal staircase or lift/elevator):
1 double bedroom suite (king-sized bed) with study and bathroom with shower (suitable for wheelchair users), sea view;
2 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower;
1 bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom with shower (this room and bathroom is more basic than the rest and more suitable for kids)
1 double bedroom with third bed, bathroom with bathtub and sea view.

ANNEX - GROUND FLOOR (situated at the side of the villa, all the rooms can be accessed from the outside):
1 large double bedroom with king-sized bed and third bed, walk-in closet room and bathroom with bathtub and shower (suitable for wheelchair users);
1 double bedroom with bathroom and shower (this communicates with the previous room but can still be accessed from the outside);
1 bedroom with one double bed and one single bed (french bed) and bathroom with shower (suitable for wheelchair users);
music room with piano, DVD player and stereo system, attached to a well-equipped gym and bathroom with shower;
2 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower.

All the rooms in both the villa and annex have en suite bathrooms.
 

Extra fees to be paid locally:

Obligatory cleaning during the week: 6 hours a day, 6 days per week: € 600 per week

Cook of chef available upon request and availability

Damage deposit: 2.000 Euro

Pets: only one small dog is allowed on request.
