Barique: Elegant Villa with Panoramic Views in the Heart of Monferrato

Barique is located in Gabiano, a charming village in Monferrato, renowned for its gentle hills and endless vineyards. This region produces excellent wines such as Rubino, Grignolino, and Gabiano, and is part of the UNESCO World Heritage.

Gabiano sits at an altitude of 300 meters and features a typical medieval castle that has been preserved through extensive restorations. The historic center boasts several restaurants offering typical regional dishes, with truffles playing a central role.

The villa has been completely renovated using original materials that highlight the vaulted ceilings. It is furnished with attractive designer furniture. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and more. The panoramic terrace offers seating and a dining area with a gas grill for enjoyable outdoor meals. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available.

On the first floor, there is a fitness room and a music room with a TV.

The 500 m² garden features a swimming pool (8x4 meters) with a sunbathing area, loungers, and deck chairs.

Upon arrival, guests receive a welcome basket with fruit, sweets, and a bottle of wine. There is also a small supply of groceries, and guests can take wine from the cellar and pay for it upon departure.

Annex: Independent from the villa, across the garden, is a two story annex with a living room and small kitchen, bathroom with shower on the ground floor and, on the upper floor, a bedroom (with air conditioning) with double bed.
