Main house:

First floor: large entrance hall with access to a study with library, dining room with open fire, which can also be seen from the spacious kitchen. Well-appointed and modern kitchen, ideal for sophisticated cooks and gourmets. It has a wine fridge, an ice-cream maker and two ovens.  Covered terrace is located a few short steps from the kitchen, perfect to enjoy the prepared meals. Large bedroom with a double bed and an open bathroom with a bathtub, shower and toilets, a fireplace and a dressing room.

Ground floor: Two bedrooms with a double bed, a large bathroom with shower and toilets, utility room with washing machine and dryer and three connecting living rooms (fireplace, TV, DVD player).

All the double beds can be turned into two separate beds.

On the north facing side are a wonderful garden and a covered terrace (porticato), which provides the necessary shade. The kitchen terrace is equipped with a pizza oven, a big barbecue, a sideboard, a sink and comfortable sitting with an awning. There is a built-in, well-padded 6 x 2 m sun lounger with cushions by the swimming pool, as well as a canopy.

A small pool house with shower and toilets is adjacent.

The sea is 1 hour and 10 minutes away. Asti 45 km and Alba 42 km
