Poggio Maria is a detached holiday villa for 4-12 people located in the picturesque Piedmont region of Northern Italy. Dutch owners Miranda and Mathieu purchased this house in 2017 out of their love for Italy, transforming it into a welcoming and fully equipped holiday home in this gourmet region.

The villa features six comfortable bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a spacious living room with a cozy wood stove, and a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality SMEG appliances. The outdoor area includes a large garden with expansive lawns, an outdoor kitchen, a terrace with a lounge area, a ping pong table, and of course, a refreshing pool.

Poggio Maria is conveniently located near the village of Melazzo, where you can find all your daily necessities. The charming town of Acqui Terme is just a 5-minute drive away, and the Italian Riviera, Turin, and Milan make for great day trips. Its remarkable hilltop location not only offers privacy but also breathtaking views of the French and Ligurian Alps on clear days.

The property is surrounded by a 9000 m² garden, providing ample privacy, various outdoor areas, and a large lawn for children to play. A large outdoor dining table offers plenty of space for everyone to eat together. The pool house is equipped with a grill, an outdoor kitchen, and another dining table. The pool measures 12x6 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. A rooftop terrace with a lounge area and hammock invites you to relax. There are four parking spaces on the fully fenced property with an automatic gate.

Well-equipped kitchen with stone worktops, authentic details and modern appliances such as dishwasher, oven and 5-burner gas hob. SMEG frigde.
Spacious dining room with a large dining table for 12 people.
One bedroom (20m2) with a 200x160cm bed.
One bedroom (20m2) with a 200x180cm bed and patio doors to the outside terrace
One bedroom (40m2) with a 200x160cm bed, en-suite bathroom with double washbasin, toilet, bidet and double shower and patio doors to the outside terrace.
