The villa, composed of three parts, is located in Lu Fraili, near San Teodoro; it offers a splendid view over the sea and Lu Ipostu beach, with the finest, shiny sand and transparent shallow waters, that make swimming easy and   are ideal playgrounds for children.
Villa Le Pernici is one among the independent villas  forming a residential complex, located within a distance of about 500 mt as the crow flies from the sea. To reach the sea only takes 15 minutes walking, via a private access reserved to the villas complex, or  5 minutes by car (approx. 2 km). There is a pay and display parking near  the beach.
At a 3-Km distance there is the complex of Punta Aldia, with its marina and golf course, and from where the outstanding beach of La Cinta reaches as far as San Teodoro .
The private garden is about 6000 sqm, including  a swimming pool, a shallow children's pool, an outdoor shower and a seating area with table, two verandas, one with living room, and the other equipped  for al fresco eating.
The villa is supplied with comfortable modern furniture and appliances including: air conditioning in all rooms , WI FI, TV, DVD, CD, SKY decoder (you must bring your own card), laundry with washing machine, dishwasher, 1 high chair for children and 2 cots, two twin rooms that can be converted into double rooms.
It is possible to rent the villa owners’ boat  with a skipper, but you must confirm it when renting the villa

Wing A: internal lounge with SKY TV, CD and DVD players, WIFI, dining room with table for 12 persons; veranda with double living room, veranda with table for 14/16 people, kitchen with dining table for 6 people, cooker with  6 burners, 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, slicer.
Wing B: 3 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, laundry room with 2 washing machines and 1 Freezer.
Wing C: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower on the ground floor, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower on the basement.
