The property is accessed via a palm-lined driveway, leading to the villa, which is built across multiple levels. A short external staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find the living-dining room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. From the living room, a staircase leads to the second floor, which houses two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. The ground floor, accessible from the outside, includes an extra bathroom.

The villa's annex contains two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Villa Maddalena is fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher, ensuring a comfortable stay.
