The property consists of a lovingly restored main house and a listed barn. Both buildings offer complete independence with their own kitchens and cosy living rooms. Each of the five bedrooms has a private bathroom directly accessible from the room and can be made up as either a double or twin room.

The interior of the holiday home is characterised by its authentic charm, whereby only traditional and original building materials from Tuscany were used in the restoration. Entertainment is provided by a pool table and table tennis table as well as a bowling alley, which offer ideal conditions for socialising.

The spacious garden, laid out in terraces and surrounded by olive groves, offers numerous retreats and an attractively furnished outdoor dining area with barbecue. The private, optionally fenced pool (12 x 6 metres) blends harmoniously into the landscape and offers a fabulous view of the surrounding hills.

First Floor: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub); double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (large shower); double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub), three steps below.

Barn - 4 people:
Ground Floor: Breakfast room opening to the outside at the pool level; kitchen; bathroom (shower).
First Floor: Sitting room with piano; twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub and separate shower); double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower).

San Martino in Freddana (supermarket, restaurants, bar and bank) 3,5 km, Lucca 15 km, Versilia-beaches 20 km, Pisa airport 40 km, Florence 70 km.

Damage deposit: 1.000 Euro

Maid service is included in the price 3 hours a day, 3 days a week.
