The villa's spacious grounds are fully fenced and offer a variety of outdoor experiences: from private walks through its own woodland, to manicured lawns and olive groves. At the centre of the garden is a beautiful 12-metre pool, ideal for cooling off in the warm summer months.

Each bedroom in the villa has an en-suite bathroom and is equipped with air conditioning, offering each guest individual comfort. The interior of the house reflects classic elegance and distinctive taste.

A particular highlight is the courtyard, surrounded by a covered terrace, which offers a picturesque view of the surrounding area. Equipped with a pizza oven and a large barbecue, as well as a pergola entwined with wisteria, this area provides a perfect backdrop for al fresco dining and relaxing evenings under the stars.

For the safety of younger guests, the pool area is fenced off and childproof. Golf enthusiasts will also find the renowned Castelfalfi golf course, one of the most beautiful in Tuscany, just 20 kilometres away.
