La Loggia is a charming country house with a private pool set amid olive groves and vineyards on the hills east of Lucca. Just 3 km away is a quaint village with shops and restaurants, and the historic center of Lucca is less than a 30-minute drive away.

A distinctive feature of this main house, which likely dates back to the 13th century, is the open loggia with stunning views over the surrounding valley. Guests particularly enjoy dining here, taking in the panoramic scenery. The owner, a professional architect and designer, furnished the villa with period pieces, preserving the original character of the property. The estate is perfect for groups of friends seeking a shared experience while maintaining privacy.

The property comprises an ancient stone main house and a guest house, accommodating up to 13 guests. Both buildings offer breathtaking views. The main house sleeps 7, with the ground floor featuring a master bedroom with a four-poster bed and en-suite bathroom (Jacuzzi tub). The first floor has a suite with a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

The guest house, with air conditioning (for an additional fee) in all bedrooms, features three independent apartments. Each apartment has a bedroom (one large twin, one with a lofted double bed, and one double) and a private outdoor dining area. A private chef is available to prepare local dishes on request.

During low season, La Loggia can also be rented for smaller groups of up to 9 guests (La Loggia 9).

The private pool, measuring 12 x 6 meters, provides a refreshing retreat and relaxation.
