Please note that La Maccinaia is set in a secluded position and the road leading to the house is unpaved. The heating of the pool is included in the price from the beginning of May to the end of September - if you travel outside this period of time please be aware that if used it will be at extra cost.

Ground Floor: Entrance, dining room, kitchen opening to outdoor eating area, powder room. From a separate entrance, twin bedroom with a loft with other 2 beds accommodating 2/4 guests, bathroom (shower).
First Floor: Study, sitting room, TV room, double bedroom, bathroom (shower).
Second Floor: Master bedroom with bathroom (bath and separate shower); double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower); double bedroom with ensuite bathroom; these two rooms share a toilet.

Annex: Covered veranda with glass doors and a very nice table, laundry room

Maid service is included 3 hours a day, 5 days a week.
