The estate’s owners lovingly cultivate over 30 varieties of native Mediterranean flora, producing organic extracts, essential oils, and herbal teas.

The historic stone-built farmhouse has been meticulously renovated to retain its original Tuscan character while offering all the comforts of modern living. The main house features four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private garden access, ensuring privacy for each guest. A spacious living area, complete with a large kitchen and dining space, provides an ideal setting for group gatherings. The covered veranda allows for outdoor relaxation and dining with panoramic views.

A highlight of Santa Barbera is its private, 12 x 4-meter natural stone pool, perfectly positioned to provide breathtaking vistas across the rolling hills and extending to the Maremma coast. The surrounding gardens and pool area offer a peaceful retreat in a truly exceptional setting.

First Floor: 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms can be made either as twin or double.

Ground Floor: kitchen/dining area and sitting area opening onto the garden and front veranda.

Maid service is included 3 hours a day 5 days a week. Breakfast included 6 days a week.
