Il Grappolo is a beautifully renovated villa, located in the Lucca area, offering a perfect blend of comfort and modern amenities. Renovated at the end of 2017, this villa provides a peaceful retreat with a private pool (13x7 metres) and spacious accommodations.

The villa features air-conditioning throughout the house, except for the single bedroom, and is equipped with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth stereo for entertainment. The first-floor bedrooms are spacious and come with en-suite bathrooms, providing privacy and convenience for guests.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, boiler, and all the necessary utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. Guests can enjoy dining al fresco under the wide covered veranda, which overlooks the private pool, making it a perfect spot for relaxation.
