Welcome to La Campanina, a serene holiday house located near the ancient thermal springs of Saturnia, renowned for their healing properties and breathtaking natural beauty. Nestled in a tranquil and picturesque setting, La Campanina is an oasis of peace, surrounded by rolling hills and pristine landscapes where wildlife such as deer and roes can be spotted.

This holiday home is ideally situated within walking distance to a charming village and less than 10 km from Saturnia, famous for its historic thermal sources and natural waterfalls. Recently, the area has seen the addition of a Spa and Golf Resort featuring an 18-hole golf course, enhancing the leisure options available to guests.

La Campanina has been thoughtfully renovated to provide a comfortable and stylish retreat. The interiors are elegantly furnished, reflecting a blend of traditional charm and modern amenities. The house includes air-conditioning in the main bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen that opens onto a furnished panoramic terrace, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors while taking in the stunning views.

The newly built, fenced swimming pool (8x4m) adds to the allure, offering a private and secluded spot to unwind and soak in the serene environment. The property’s spacious layout is ideal for four people but can accommodate up to six, with additional sleeping space in a basement bedroom accessible through the laundry area.

With both a wood stove and central underfloor heating, La Campanina is not only suited for summer vacations but also for off-season getaways. We thank both Claudia e Maurizio unreservedly for the care, attention and dare we say love, bestowed on us from Sept 7th to Nov 30th 2019. Would we rebook? In a heartbeat soon because Maremma Toscana is an hidden gem in Italy and as result we have truly lived out our dream at La Campanina.
With heavy hearts we must now depart to return to South Australia (Adelaide) but La Campanina, Maurizio, Claudia and all of our experiences will live in our hearts forever.

Ground floor: Entrace/living-room with wood stove; dining room; kitchen; twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All these rooms open on to the spacious patio set for relaxing and outdoor meals.
First floor: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath and separate shower); conservatory.
Basement: Laundry room; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower only) accessible through the laundry room.
