Porto Ercole is a charming coastal village on the Monte Argentario peninsula, known for its lively harbor, nestled beneath a 16th-century Spanish fortress. The village offers scenic walks through quaint streets and squares overlooking the sea, while the waterfront is lined with bars, restaurants with sea-view terraces, and shops in former fishermen's storage rooms.

The villa sits 1.8 km above the town in a peaceful, panoramic position with breathtaking views of the land and sea, surrounded by lush vegetation that provides natural privacy. On the terrace below the house, guests can enjoy a stunning 17.5x4 meter pool with an exceptional view.

Elegantly furnished, the villa combines comfort and style. It offers outdoor Wi-Fi, satellite TV with SKY, a stereo system, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and grill, and a laundry room with a washing machine. All bedrooms feature air conditioning.

Outdoors, there is a covered dining veranda with an additional sitting area, complete with sofas and armchairs. Another shaded lounge area is located on the lower terrace in front of the bedrooms, providing a relaxing retreat.
