Casa Montefalco is a recently renovated country house, ideal for up to 9 people, centrally located on a hill in the stunning region of Umbria. From the expansive covered terrace and the beautiful private pool, you have a breathtaking view over the Montefalco valley.

The holiday home is part of a larger stone house, with other neighbors living on the front side. However, the garden, pool, and terrace are completely private and exclusively accessible to the guests of Casa Montefalco.

At the front of the house, there is a 20 m² terrace, with a large part covered, offering access to the kitchen. This terrace features an outdoor kitchen with a grill and plancha, perfect for enjoyable evenings outdoors.

The private pool (4 x 10 m, depth 1.20 m to 1.40 m) is equipped with beautiful sun loungers and parasols, providing the perfect spot for relaxation and sunbathing.

Additionally, there are private parking spaces for the guests. The property is secured with a gate, offering extra privacy and security.

On the ground floor you will find a very well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, combi oven, 5-burner gas stove, large refrigerator and Nespresso coffee machine). From the kitchen you have direct access to the covered terrace with a large garden table and chairs. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and separate freezer. Large and pleasant dining room and living room with sitting area, fireplace, satellite TV and table football. This room can be made wheelchair accessible, making the ground floor suitable for wheelchair users. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom with shower. Separate toilet.

There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, equipped with air conditioning: A master bedroom with a king-size box spring bed and a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. This bedroom has its own terrace with breathtaking views. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with a double bed. These last 2 bedrooms share a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
