Located in the heart of the old town, the house, originally a church, has been meticulously restored by the owners. Entering through a gate from a small street, you are welcomed into the beautiful garden of the house, offering a stunning view of the hills and the plain below.

An antique veranda, ideal for outdoor meals, shady corners for reading and relaxing, and comfortable sun loungers create a harmonious setting. Every detail has been chosen with style and taste. The same elegance and class are evident inside the house, where even the smallest details surprise with their sophistication. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and comfortable, with bathrooms enriched with precious materials and bedrooms, each with its unique style and charm.

The main square of Spello and all amenities, including famous wine shops, stores with typical products, and numerous excellent restaurants, are just a few steps away.

During the warmer months, guests can refresh themselves in the small pool (2.80x5 m; depth: 1.30 m), recently harmoniously integrated into a corner of the panoramic garden. Small dogs are allowed under special conditions.

Guests arriving by car receive a special permit from the owner to access the area (residents only) and can park 50 meters from the house.
