Casa del Mastro is situated in the heart of Umbria, in one of the most atmospheric ancient hamlets of the region: Spello. Not far from Assisi, Spello is undoubtedly one of the most treasured gems of this area.

Spello is listed among the “Most Beautiful Villages of Italy,” a distinction given only to places that have preserved their monuments and artworks in harmonious architectural balance. The hamlet is characterized by its typical narrow, flower-adorned streets and picturesque tower houses, which bear witness to its ancient history.

Casa del Mastro is a beautiful and atmospheric house, created through the complete redesign and renovation of an ancient stone building. It now shines with a fresh and contemporary style. Throughout the house, a relaxing atmosphere prevails, particularly in the luxurious garden with its typical Mediterranean aromatic plants like rosemary, sage, verbena, and thyme.

In the garden, you can enjoy a lovely view of the Umbrian hills and the 3x6m private swimming pool.

The house has been tastefully decorated with colorful ethnic pieces from around the world. Outside, there is an area equipped for outdoor dining with a gas stove and work surface. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi in the house and garden. Thanks to the mild climate, guests can enjoy the house for most of the year.

From Spello, numerous excursions can be organized to explore the many beauties of the region. Only small dogs are allowed under special conditions. Guests arriving by car will receive a special permit from the owner (for residents only), allowing them to park 50 meters from the house. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
