Casa Winther consists of a large villa and a guest house, featuring a total of 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Upon arrival, you'll immediately feel the peace and tranquility. Every room, terrace, and the spacious garden offers a unique 360° view of the surrounding hills, mountains, olive groves, and fields. To the east, the view stretches to the Apennines, where a newly installed sauna awaits with breathtaking mountain views.
The modernly furnished vacation home is well-equipped with many legendary designer pieces, such as Vitra chairs and Artimede lamps. It includes a dryer, washing machine, iron, Nespresso machine, Apple box for iPhone, computer with DSL internet, two open fireplaces, two grills, flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player, and a wood stove. Mosquito nets are installed in all windows. Mountain bikes and a table tennis table are also available.
Thanks to its modern interior design and architecture, Casa Winther is part of the Holiday Architecture-Community.
The newly built pool is 14 x 7 meters and has an additional shallow area for children, measuring 4 x 4 meters. The pool is fenced, making the vacation home ideal for families with young children.
The nearest village with a bar, restaurant, and grocery stores is Castel Ritaldi, 4 km away. Spoleto, home of the "Due Mondi" festival, is only 15 km from Casa Winther. The nearby Montefalco, known for its wineries producing Sagrantino and Rosso di Montefalco, is also worth visiting. The nearest highway exit is 15 km away, allowing for day trips to Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, and Rome.

Main villa for 12 people:
Open living room on 3 different levels with the kitchen in the centre. The dining room is on the lowest level with a fireplace and direct access to the garden. The kitchen, half a floor higher, gives you direct access to the west and east terraces. Both terraces have big tables and offer you the possibility to take your meals in the sun or shadow depending on your preferences and the time of the day. One terrace is covered.
On the same level you will find 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath tub). The light-flooded living room, half a floor higher, equipped with an oven invites you to relax with a beautiful view over the nearby olive groves and the Apennines in the distance.
At the 1st floor you have an office/ TV-space on a gallery as well as 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub, 2 twin bedrooms and bathroom with shower. The office/ TV-space has a computer with broadband Internet connection, a DVD player, an iPod-Box and a flat screen television. Both bathrooms have access to a little terrace.
