Casale Isidoro is the result of a meticulous restoration of a traditional farmhouse dating back to the early 1900s, carried out with great respect for the local rural architecture of Umbria. Even the name “Isidoro” has been preserved – honoring the man who laid the first stone over 120 years ago.

As was often the case in those days of unregulated rural construction, the house enjoys a panoramic location among the green hills of central Umbria, in the hamlet of Tervenano, part of the municipality of Castel Ritaldi, in the province of Perugia.

Surrounded by olive groves, truffle woods, cultivated fields, and small forests, Casale Isidoro is only 2 km from the nearest village. It offers a rare combination of peaceful nature and easy access to local amenities such as supermarkets and pharmacies.

The recently renovated interiors preserve the typical Umbrian farmhouse charm: brick and terracotta floors, exposed stone walls, original wooden doors and gates, and ceilings with chestnut beams immediately create a cozy, warm, and homely feel.

Great attention was given to the details, furniture, and overall decor – blending antique and contemporary pieces to create an elegant, refined, yet comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

Outside, Casale Isidoro offers three panoramic terraces with stunning views of the hills and surrounding mountains. A garden on the upper level is directly accessible from the bedrooms, while another garden on the ground floor opens directly from the living room, dining room, and kitchen – each with its own outdoor door leading straight into the greenery.

An additional highlight is the separate 50 sqm industrial-style “Living Room”, ideal for dining, reading, or enjoying music. In front of it, the infinity pool with a built-in lounging area lets you relax while gazing out over the Umbrian hills and the Sibillini Mountains, embraced by the deep blue water.

At one end of the pool (9x4,5 metres), there's a shaded relaxation area with an elegant wooden pergola and natural wicker lounge furniture. The poolside solarium is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

The property also includes a private parking area just inside the main gate, with an electric car charging station. Fully fenced and without any nearby buildings, the villa ensures absolute privacy and tranquility.

The house is divided over two floors, connected by an internal staircase made of iron with wooden steps. Thanks to the sloping terrain, each floor also has its own separate entrance from the outside.

On the upper floor, a small entrance area and hallway lead to three spacious, air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third has two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed if needed.

On the ground floor, right at the entrance, there is a 35 sqm living room with an elegant and comfortable lounge area arranged in front of a large flat-screen TV and a historic fireplace. A cozy reading corner has also been created in one corner of the living room.

The living room opens through two large openings into a dining room, which features a large wooden and glass table for 10–12 guests. Next to the dining room is a spacious, fully equipped stainless-steel kitchen – including fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction and gas hobs, etc. – which adds a touch of modern contrast to the traditional atmosphere.

Completing the ground floor are a storage room and a small guest WC with washing machine. The ground floor is also air-conditioned.
