The Villa Boucher winery covers 65 hectares, with 6.5 hectares dedicated to vineyards. 2 further double rooms, each with ensuite bathroom, are accessible from the outside, one on the ground floor, one on the 1st floor via an outside staircase.

Dependance: The annex has 2 apartments with an integrated kitchen. Both areas can be inhabited independently of each other.

From almost every window you have a 360° view of the entire region of Perugia. On a clear day you can also see the ancient castles of Todi. The silence and the foresight give a feeling of calm and balance.

The wine cellar was built under the dependance in 2021. It is used to present and store the wine bottles and gives guests the opportunity to do a wine tasting in the villa. A special place for a special occasion.
