The natural light illuminating the villa reveals a spacious great room upon entry, featuring cozy seating, a built-in fireplace, and a 65" wall-mounted TV for ultimate relaxation and entertainment.

The residence boasts three luxurious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. High-speed WiFi and a smart home system are integrated throughout, providing seamless connectivity and convenience.

The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line Bertazzoni and AEG appliances and an expansive island. Adjacent to this modern culinary space is a dining area set against a glass wall, offering up to six guests a scenic backdrop of the lake while dining at a handcrafted Domiziani table.

Outside, the villa's grounds are an invitation to tranquility and leisure. The large backyard features an infinity saltwater heated pool with a baja shelf and a 17-meter-long lap side, perfect for both relaxation and exercise. The pool area includes a whirlpool bench where guests can unwind amidst effervescent waters and vibrant watercolors against the panoramic lake scenery. Available year-round, the pool is heated from May until October, with winter heating available upon request and at an additional charge.

This residence accommodates six guests across three elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with breathtaking views and direct outdoor access.

The Goddess Suite is luxuriously appointed with a king-size bed (180x200), a desk, and a large walk-in closet, plus an opulent ensuite featuring an open shower and a freestanding soaking tub for two.

The Ruby Suite offers a queen-size bed (185x195), a work station, and dual built-in closets, along with an ensuite bathroom that includes a double vanity and a large shower.

Similarly, the Sage Suite has a queen-size bed (185x195), a cozy sitting area, dual built-in closets, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and contemporary shower.

An additional bathroom in the hallway provides easy access from both the living room and the pool area, ensuring convenience for those using the pool deck.
