It is 9 Km from Padua and borders on the Colli Euganei regional park, inside a huge agricultural estate that produces excellent wines, and adjacent to the Golf Club which has a swimming pool that is available to guests free of charge (from June to August, excluding Mondays), as well as a famous starred restaurant with special rates for guests.

The house is meticulously furnished right down to the smallest detail.  It has WI-FI internet, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, mosquito screens and air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
Outside, in an area of the park, there is a pleasant lake where it is possible to swim, which has sunbeds and deck chairs as well as an above ground swimming pool suitable for children.  The swimming pools are shared with the other four apartments located inside the same property.

Thanks to the property’s strategic position it is easy to visit the main towns of architectural interest - Venice, Vicenza, Verona, Ferrara, Mantua, Rovigo and the splendid Palladian villas are all within easy reach.
