Villa 3 Ulivi with private and heated pool (25 metres), only 700 metres from one of the most unspoiled beaches in Tuscany, in the south of the Argentario, near Capalbio, the property is part of a large estate of twenty farmhouses near the Lago di Burano.
A garden of 5.000 m2 surrounds the house, opening onto the fields leading to the picturesque dunes along the sea. On the beach, a private gazebo with sun loungers is waiting for the guests. The access to the beach is by foot through a private path and only takes a few minutes.

There is a wood oven in the garden for bbq or to make pizza.

Villa:
Ground floor: kitchen, large dining room with large windows, living room with open firepalce, study, bathroom, laundry room, There is a bedroom available if you bring your own service personal.
1st floor: 4 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and dressing.
2nd floor: twin bedroom for children, bathroom.
