You will enjoy a 360-degree view of the lush green hills of Le Marche. The Adriatic coast and the beautiful port city of Fano are just 23 km away. The private pool (12 x 5 meters, open from May 1st to October 15th) is located in the lower part of the 1.3-hectare garden, about 200 meters from the house.

A review of a guest: "I do not know where to start my praise! It is truly heaven on earth. As soon as we drove  down the narrow track and passed the gate we knew it was our choice of a lifetime. The house stands proudly and isolated  on its own land with 360° views all around into the smooth hilly landscape of Le Marche. Nothing spoils the view - no neighbors around (we had long nights playing music - we hand our own musicians in the company -  and dancing)  the center of our activities was the huge dining table that served breakfasts, aperitifs and sumptuous dinners prepared either in  the state of the art kitchen on the BBQ or in the Pizza Oven. The rooms are to die for (in) and it was a difficult task  to get out of the comfortable  beds and move outside as the inside is too artsy  beautiful and stylish .  As the weather was always so perfect we kind of neglected the inside living spaces  and only occasionally lingered in the Le Corbusier LC4 chaiselongue . Hanneke (manager) was extremely helpful and her hospitality was second to none - as was Ingers (owner)  - i chatted to her occasionally and her sense of humor just matches mine.  The villages all around are unspoiled by tourism and we roamed the local markets came home with our treasures and prepared delightful dishes - aperitivo by the poolside! A real task was to find  a pizza shovel (and explain  in italian)  which was about the only tool not available in the otherwise  perfect household  (now there is one  - we left it there to please our fellow followers) . I envy all the lucky people who's holidays are still to come. "
