Casa Winther offers a serene and peaceful retreat as soon as you arrive. Every room, terrace, the large garden, and the private swimming pool, heated by a special solar system, provide a unique 360° view of the surrounding hills, mountains, olive groves, and fields. To the east, the view extends to the Apennines, where a newly installed sauna offers a breathtaking vista.

Casa Winther, owned by a Danish family, is furnished with modern designer pieces, including Vitra chairs and Artemide lamps. The house is equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable holiday: dryer, washing machine, iron, Nespresso machine, Apple TV for iPhone, computer with DSL internet access, two open fireplaces, two grills, flat-screen TV, DVD, and CD player. There are also a wood stove and mosquito nets on all windows. Mountain bikes and a ping pong table are available for guests.

The modern interior design and architecture of Casa Winther make it a member of the Urlaubsarchitektur community. The house is also ideal in the cooler months, with a wood stove for chilly evenings in the living room, and the pool is usable from early April to late October.

The large, newly built pool is 14 x 7 meters with an additional shallow area for children, measuring 4 x 4 meters. The pool is fenced, making Casa Winther ideal for families with young children.

Casa Winther is located about 4 km from Castel Ritaldi, the nearest village with a bar, restaurant, and a grocery store. Spoleto, home to the "Due Mondi" festival, is only 15 km away. Nearby Montefalco, known for its wineries producing Sagrantino and Rosso di Montefalco, is also worth a visit. The nearest highway exit is 15 km away, allowing for day trips to Umbria's cultural sites such as Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, and Rome.
